Sharon is one of the welcoming faces at The Oak House Studio. With a deep passion for wellness, she believes in the power of yoga, Pilates, and fitness to bring balance to busy lives. Her experience as a wellbeing adviser has reinforced the importance of self-care for a healthy and fulfilling life.
Beyond wellness, Sharon has a love for travel. She has explored Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and Egypt and lived in Guatemala for three years. These experiences have given her a deep appreciation for different cultures and meeting new people.
Closer to home, Sharon enjoys nature walks around Hatfield Park, taking in the changing seasons.
