Our tranquil & professionally designed treatment rooms are tailored to enhance the experience for both you & your clients.

Create a soothing atmosphere for massage therapy, acupuncture, counselling, or any wellness service you offer. Each room is thoughtfully furnished with comfort in mind, fostering an environment of relaxation & rejuvenation.

The Green Room

  • Located at the front of the main studio

  • 10sqm

  • The Green Room amenities include access to hot and cold water, seating, a comfortable Treatment bed with couch paper, WiFi, sound system, handwashing facilities, and antibacterial wipes. Furthermore, you will have access to our kitchen, toilets and reception facilities.

    • £15 per hour for single-hour bookings

    • £14 per hour for bookings of 2 hours

    • £13 per hour for bookings of 3 hours

    • £12.50 per hour for bookings of 4 or more hours

The Donkey Store

  • Located within The Stable Yard - 2 minute walk from our main studio

  • 15 sqm

  • The Donkey Store amenities include comfortable seating, WiFi, sound system and drinking water. It's important to mention that in the Donkey Store Studio, there is no treatment bed, running water or toilets within the main space (toilets are located opposite the Studio) making it more suitable for talking therapists.

    • £15 per hour for single-hour bookings

    • £14 per hour for bookings of 2 hours

    • £13 per hour for bookings of 3 hours

    • £12.50 per hour for bookings of 4 or more hours

The Blue Room

  • Located at the rear of the main studio

  • 15 sqm

  • The Blue Room amenities include access to hot and cold water, seating, a comfortable treatment bed with couch paper, WiFi, sound system, handwashing facilities, and antibacterial wipes. Furthermore, you will have access to our kitchen, toilets and reception facilities.

    • £15 per hour for single-hour bookings

    • £14 per hour for bookings of 2 hours

    • £13 per hour for bookings of 3 hours

    • £12.50 per hour for bookings of 4 or more hours

RETREATS & EVENTS HIRE

Discover the perfect space for your retreat or special event with our versatile hire options. Whether you're planning a corporate gathering, a personal retreat, or a afternoon workshop, our venue offers the ideal setting to bring your vision to life. Take a moment to explore how we can help make your event truly unforgettable

  • You will have access to the entire premises and all our equipment.

    We offer one hour of free setup time before your event and will return 30 minutes after to close down allowing you time to wash up / clean / tidy.

    You can enjoy lunchtime walks in Hatfield Houses grounds.

  • Main Studio
    The main studio provides you with exclusive access to our 2 treatment rooms, our kitchen and toilet facilities.

    We have 20x of the following available for use: Mats, Bricks, Blocks, Bolsters, Blankets, Straps, Eye Masks

    Donkey Store Studio
    The Donkey store is a more intimate space with a waiting room and studio, the main WC's being located opposite the studio entrance. The Donkey Store doesn't have a kitchen.

    We have 8x of the following available for use: Mats, Bricks, Blocks, Bolsters, Blankets, Straps

  • We offer a flat fee of £75 per hour + VAT for our main studio space and £50 per hour + VAT for The Donkey Store studio.

    We will also add your Event / Retreat to our upcoming retreats calendar.

  • Instead of a traditional rental arrangement, we also offer a collaborative model that ensures mutual benefit.

    Rather than an hourly rental fee, we operate on a profit-sharing basis with a 60/40 split (60% to you).

    Additionally, we commit to promoting your Event / Retreat within our studio, on our website, and across our social media channels.
