A great opportunity to come together and celebrate the magical month of May.
I love this time of the year as we gradually move towards Summer. The earth starts to flourish and bloom and it's the perfect time to look inwards and wake up our inner strength and power.
What you can expect:
We will enjoy a 2 hour yoga practice - suitable for all levels of yoga.
A focused session on breathing and how we can explore the breath to maximise our overall sense of wellbeing.
A 50 minute sound bath with guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra) alongside the beautiful sound of the harp played by harpist Julia Mitchell
Finishing with herbal tea and vegan cakes.
The afternoon is open to everyone, whatever your yoga experience or ability.
