During the afternoon we will explore yoga movement to help our physical body release and let go of stress and tension; investigate breathing techniques to replenish and restore our sense of enthusiasm for life and wellbeing; and finally rest with a guided meditation and gong sound bath played by the talented Michael Blainey.
We will finish with herbal tea, vegan cake and a chance to talk to like minded people and leave feeling ready to move forwards positively with our lives.
The afternoon is open to everyone, whatever your yoga experience or ability.
