Beginner's progression is perfect for those newbies to yoga, those who are looking for the next step to continue their fledging yoga journey, or for those in need of a ‘refresher’ course. If you have completed a beginner's course and wondering what the next stage is? Or perhaps you're looking for a slower paced yoga class with more in-depth learning? Then Beginner's Progression Yoga could work for you.

With continued learning of the yoga stretches (Asana), breathing practices (Pranayama) and yoga philosophy. The beginner's progression yoga is a detailed course, with explanations about the yoga we are practicing while you are guided through the anatomy of yoga postures (asanas), sequencing, healthy individual alignment and breathing techniques (pranayama)

We also explore meditation and relaxation techniques from a beginner's perspective. The class moves at a slower pace to help you learn thoroughly, step by step, while addressing key points in the practice.

- Class dates: 12th, 19th, 26th March, 2nd April 9th April 30th April 7th May 14th May

NO CLASS 16th and 23rd April (school holidays)

**Missed classes from the course** If you ever miss a class from the course, please do accept the invitation to attend either, my live online 9am Sunday Slow Yoga Flow class or my 6pm Wednesday Yoga Slowly in Hatfield.

To cancel or reschedule your regular yoga class, 24hours notice is required. To cancel or reschedule a workshop, or yoga retreat day, 48hours notice is required. To cancel or reschedule a yoga retreat, please contact me for the retreat cancellation policy.
