Welcome to my first evening mini retreats in the stunning hall of The Oak House Studio in Hatfield House!
This is your opportunity to carve out some quality time for yourself and do something positive for your body, mind and heart in an uplifting, nurturing environment.
What to expect:
Reset - Connect with ourselves through grounding and breathing exercises
Recharge - Energise with my signature mix of vinyasa and yin yoga
Relax - Take time for deep relaxation with yoga nidra and guided visualisations
Relate - Finish together over a chat, cuppa and cake!
What to bring and wear:
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for practicing yoga. Mats and props will be provided but feel free to bring your own.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of yoga experience even if you are completely new to yoga, as long as you are in good physical health.
