Join us for a cosy candlelight evening full of connectedness and transformation.
The Full Moon is a time of reflecting, dreaming and gratitude. It’s a reminder to take stock of the month and to create visions for the next lunar cycle. We’ll start the evening chatting, enjoying a tea ceremony, pulling cards and getting into a meditative space with breathwork and visualisation. We’ll close the evening with a guided meditation (yoga nidra – also known as yogic sleep), reiki and a closing circle.
The intention is to leave you feeling more radiant, peaceful and connected.

What is Cacao Tea?
Cacao was known as the Food of the Gods by the ancient Mayans for its incredible mood- and health-boosting properties. Cacao is often used in ceremony due to its uplifting, heart opening qualities and its ability to soothe the nervous. Cacao tea is made from the fibrous outer shell of cacao beans with no additives and little to no processing. It’s free from artificial ingredients, calories, caffeine and sugar.
Contraindications for Cacao: Cacao is not recommended in the 1st trimester of pregnancy or if you are taking SSRIs or antidepressants
