Will you join me for this afternoon retreat in the stunning hall of Oakhouse Studio and Therapies in Hatfield? Seize the opportunity to carve out some quality time for yourself and do something positive for body, mind and heart in a friendly, nurturing environment.
What to expect:
Prepare - Get everything set up and learn how to create a vision board
Focus - A guided meditation to help you connect with your intentions, goals and dreams for the new year
Create - Assemble your vision board
Integrate - A gentle yoga practice to complete the process, clear the mind and relax the body.
What to bring and wear:
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for practicing yoga. Mats and props will be provided but feel free to bring your own.
Bring a stack of magazines and Sunday Paper Supplements, a glue stick, scissors, and coloured pencils. I will bring A3 paper.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of yoga experience even if you are completely new to yoga, as long as you are in good physical health.
