Each retreat offers you the opportunity to stretch and strengthen the body, release stress and find mental calm. We will:
Reset - Connect with ourselves through grounding and breathing exercises
Recharge - Energise with my signature mix of vinyasa and yin yoga
Relax - Take time for deep relaxation with yoga nidra and guided visualisations
Relate - Finish together over a chat, cuppa and cake!
If the weather is nice, you can also treat yourself to a woodland walk in the beautiful grounds of Hatfield House
What to bring and wear:
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for practicing yoga. Mats and props will be provided but feel free to bring your own.
For the walk, wear suitable sturdy footwear.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of yoga experience even if you are completely new to yoga, as long as you are in good physical health.
