The wonders of being more Yin
Yin Yoga is about the calming of the mind and body and deep flexibility. There will be plenty of yoga equipment to support the body, lots of longer lingering in the poses, with space to explore, focus on breath, sensation and stillness.
The Yin practice will be followed by a Nidra (a guided meditation) which will allow the body to relax and absorb this powerful practice.
There will be a short pause for refreshments, before we come together again for the healing vibrations of a crystal bowl sound bath. This afternoon is aimed at helping the body and mind to relax, and allowing yourself to pause from your busy life.
This mini-retreat is open to everyone with all levels of yoga experience.
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for yoga
