Enjoy a heart-opening evening of connection and self-love with a sacred Cacao & Sound Journey. Immerse yourself in a ceremonial cacao ritual with the ancient 'food of the Gods' followed by a guided meditation with the soothing vibrations of healing instruments.

What to bring and wear:

Wear comfortable clothing suitable for resting in. Bolsters, blankets, eye masks will be provided but feel free to bring your own comforts!

**Please try to avoid alcohol and a heavy meal beforehand, arrive hydrated and please discuss with Sarah Jane before the ceremony if you are pregnant, breast feeding or on medication, particularly for high blood pressure or sensitive to caffeine (Cacao contains theobromine). Ceremonial grade Cacao is not your standard, sweet drinking chocolate, it is Cacao in it’s rawest form, so please be aware of this before consuming & if it is right for your body at this time.
