An afternoon to challenge yourself with some strong yoga before a healthy, organic, vegetarian lunch taken all together on site.
We will then go on for a long meditative walk around the magnificent grounds of Hatfield house. We will finish with a circle time and pamper ourselves with some yin and Nidra.

The day will look something like this:
12:30 - 13:00: Welcome
13:00 - 14:30: Yoga : strong and powerful class
14:30 - 15:30: Lunch : Vegetarian, organic and welcoming
15:30 - 16:30: Meditative walk on the beautiful Hatfield grounds
16:30 - 17:00: Free time
17:00 - 17:30: Circle time : Debrief of the walk and snacks
17:30 - 18:30: Yin Yoga
18:30 - 19:00: Yoga Nidra
19:00 - 19:30: A tea, a snack and good bye
