Giulia Vallocchia

Giulia’s yoga journey began fifteen years ago in Canada, where she first attended a class with her father and was instantly captivated. Yoga quickly became central to her life, offering her physical strength, mobility, flexibility, and mental clarity. Driven to share these transformative benefits, Giulia pursued formal training in Bali and London and is now working toward a 300-Hour Hatha Yoga certification in Rishikesh, India.

Certified in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Mandala, Pregnancy, and Post-natal yoga, Giulia loves helping individuals of all levels discover movement, mindfulness, and self-awareness. Her teaching combines asanas, alignment-focused guidance, and pranayama (breathwork), with a compassionate approach that respects each person’s unique journey. Whether you're seeking a challenge or inner connection, she looks forward to welcoming you on the mat.
