Bo Garber
Bo’s journey into fitness began somewhat later in life. As a youngster, she didn't have much love for fitness. However, her perspective changed when she was introduced to weight training, and she quickly became hooked. This newfound passion for fitness led her to qualify as a fitness instructor, teaching HiiT classes and providing personal training sessions.
Over time, the demands of heavy weight lifting and the accompanying lifestyle began to affect Bo's health, particularly her hormonal balance. After conducting thorough research, she realised the need to explore a different avenue of fitness. This is when she discovered Pilates, which soon became her preferred fitness style.
Bo is now qualified in both Mat and Reformer Pilates. She has utilised this low-impact fitness method to restore her hormonal balance and reclaim her health. This experience has also deepened her understanding of hormonal health within the context of fitness.
Bo is passionate about Pilates because it offers a unique combination of challenge and low impact. It lengthens and strengthens her body without compromising her hormonal health. She is dedicated to sharing the benefits of Pilates with her clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals in a healthy and sustainable way.
