Angie Dehadray

Angie’s journey into the world of Pilates began a decade ago to help her recover mobility following major surgery. In 2022, after over a decade of working with children in primary education, she took her life in a different direction and gained her matwork Pilates instructor qualification under the guidance of Joanne Cobbe of JPilates, a leading educator in the industry. Under Joanne's tuition, she has expanded her expertise, completing specialised training in Barre, Reformer, pre and post-natal Pilates, Spine Corrector, and Barrels.

Her commitment to professional growth doesn't stop there; she plans to continue working with Jo later this year to achieve full certification.

Angie is passionate about the fact that Pilates is for everybody. This enthusiasm for inclusive Pilates practice led her to pursue the APPI matwork conversion course. This physiotherapy-led approach equips her with the skills to offer rehabilitative Pilates to individuals with injuries or disabilities, further broadening her ability to make Pilates accessible to all.

Beyond the studio, while she thrives on challenges and embraces life's adventures, you’ll find she’s equally happy hiking in the mountains, walking the dog immersed in a podcast, or just curled up with a good book.
