Vanessa Viner

Vanessa has been a dedicated fitness enthusiast for many years, practicing Mat Pilates for over 25 years to effectively manage her lower back issues. In 2014, she discovered Reformer Pilates, which proved to be a transformative experience. The profound benefits she experienced led her to train as an instructor with J Pilates in London in 2019. Vanessa is passionate about Pilates and its numerous benefits, from improved strength and flexibility to better posture and overall well-being.

In addition to her love for Pilates, Vanessa is also a Level 2 cricket coach. This role allows her to merge her passion for fitness with her love of sports, helping others improve their skills and enjoy the game. Her diverse background in fitness and coaching provides her with a unique perspective on the importance of movement and maintaining an active lifestyle.

Vanessa is committed to sharing her knowledge and helping others achieve their fitness goals through personalized and engaging Pilates sessions. She aims to inspire her clients to embrace the benefits of regular Pilates practice for a healthier and more balanced life.
