Mel Jamieson

Mel is a dedicated Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer who skillfully balances her professional life with being a mother to two teenage girls and breeding Cockapoos in her spare time. She is passionate about health and exercise, fully understanding the challenges of finding time for wellness amidst life's demands.

Mel's mission is to create a friendly, fun, and supportive environment that inspires clients to "become the best version of themselves." She aims to enhance the quality of life through challenging and rewarding exercise and wellness experiences. She believes that exercise, coupled with a supportive community, can significantly improve one's well-being. When individuals feel happy and confident in their bodies and understand their resilience, they are better equipped to handle daily life and truly live their best lives.

With over 15 years of experience in Pilates and exercise training, Mel continually updates her skills to ensure her clients receive the best instruction. She has taught Mat & Reformer Pilates for over a decade within Hertfordshire.
