Gail Nolan

Gail has always been a fitness enthusiast, integrating Pilates, Yoga, and gym sessions into her routine alongside her career as a biologist in the pharmaceutical industry.

In 2015, after experiencing a period of poor health and significant personal events, she decided to take a career break and retrain as a Mat Pilates instructor. She has since expanded her expertise to include Reformer Pilates, Barre, and Aerial Yoga.

With her background as a molecular biologist and a DNAFitTM certified practitioner, Gail incorporates evidence-based biohacking into her fitness and well-being regimen. She is constantly striving to improve and excel, both for her clients and in her personal life.

Gail is dedicated to delivering fun and challenging classes, aiming to help others see and, more importantly, feel positive and progressive changes. Her goal is for clients to walk away from her classes feeling a little taller, a little stronger, and with a smile on their faces.
