Holly McGowan

Holly’s passion for dance and movement began at Tring Park, School of Performing Arts, where she trained extensively in various dance techniques, including Ballet, Contemporary, and Musical Theatre. It was during her time at Tring that she was introduced to Pilates, which soon became an integral part of her training and professional career.

Following her studies at Tring Park, Holly attended London Studio Centre, where she earned a BA Hons in Theatre and Dance. After graduating, she pursued a professional career as a dancer and choreographer, working with prestigious companies such as Princess Cruises and Cunard Line.

Throughout her rigorous training and demanding career, Holly relied on Pilates to protect her body and aid in rehabilitation from injuries. Recognising the benefits, she also incorporated Barre into her routine to further enhance her flexibility, strength, and overall fitness.

Holly is eager to meet new clients and share her extensive experience. She aims to help others discover the joys and benefits of Pilates and Barre, promoting a balanced and healthy approach to fitness and well-being.
