Munize Izzet
Munise was first introduced to Pilates in 2013 while recovering from a lower back issue, and she quickly became a devoted practitioner. The positive effects of Pilates not only significantly improved her physical health but also enhanced her overall sense of well-being.
With Pilates deeply ingrained in her life, Munise was driven to deepen her knowledge of the practice. She completed a comprehensive teacher training program led by renowned Pilates expert Alan Herdman, qualifying in 2022. Munise is trained in Mat Work, Reformer, Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, and has specialised knowledge in managing specific injuries and conditions.
Munise is passionate about sharing the life-enhancing benefits of Pilates with others. She enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities, and she is dedicated to teaching techniques that respect and honor each individual's body. Her commitment is to help clients achieve their fitness goals while improving their overall quality of life.
