Shanice Blakeley

Shanice was introduced to Pilates about five years ago, and over the last couple of years, she has embraced it more seriously.

After experiencing the benefits firsthand and falling in love with the practice, she decided to become an instructor. Utilising Pilates postnatally, Shanice has achieved great results and is passionate about helping others do the same.

Her teaching style is classical with a modern touch, focusing on layering exercises to enable progression while reinforcing the core principles of Pilates.

Shanice is dedicated to ensuring her clients get the best out of their Pilates experience, providing careful guidance to help them achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being.
