The full day retreat is the perfect way to focus on your wellbeing and hone your Pilates practice. There will be three in-depth sessions giving you the chance to explore some of the hidden magic the Pilates exercises have to offer.
We'll begin with a welcoming tea or coffee with some time to settle in before we begin the first session. Depending on numbers, we'll work through a Reformer and mat circuit and discover the synergy between the machine and mat.
We'll pause for a nutritious picnic-style lunch in the garden, followed by a walk through the historic Hatfield park before getting back to the mat. If you'd prefer, you can book a treatment directly with the Oak House during that time slot.
The second Pilates session will focus on how you can use your own hands to enhance your movement. I'll teach you how to use the power of your own hands to enhance your exercise experience, foster connections within the body, understand your points of stability and help encourage ideal alignment.
And for a perfect ending to a blissful day, we'll connect the breath to movement in a 30-minute class, working through a variety of breathing techniques to optimise your health and movement potential. You'll leave feeling utterly refreshed and rejuvenated, ready to face your week ahead.
