Join us for an afternoon of yoga bliss, tea & cake followed by a sound bath.
This mini retreat will allow you to hit pause, allowing some 'me time' to get back in sync with your body, mind and soul. We will work with breath and yin poses to help balance and realign the chakra energy centres within our bodies.
We bring ourselves into a resting state to enjoy a yoga Nidra (a meditation performed lying down, this practice helps bring us into a state of calmness and connection with our mind and body).
We will pause for refreshments, before settling down once more for the beautiful vibrations of Paula’s sound bath.
This day is open to all levels, no experience necessary.
