We are so busy these days with family and work commitments that we barely check in with ourselves. This day is designed with you in mind, to connect, recharge and reset.
An opportunity to have space and to be able to move forward. Cultivating presence is a practice of repeatedly returning to the present moment.
We direct our attention consciously on our mats, connecting to the breath, noticing physical sensations, and observing thoughts as they arise. We develop a greater sense of awareness as we practice, allowing us to be more reflective and receptive to our current experience, whatever it may be.
This day is for you, time to heal, connect, rejuvenate with yoga, heal with sound, ground with breath and bring together likeminded spirits.
The day will look something like this:
10:00: Welcome and Yoga Flow
12:30: Nutritious Lunch & Time to reflect, connect with others or have a walk round the grounds
14:30: Workshop
15:30: Restoring Slow Flow
16:00: Gong Bath
17:00: Tea and Cake-event Closure
