International Day of Yoga Afternoon Retreat with Irene

  • The Oak House Studio & Therapies Church Lane (off Great North Road), George's Gate Hatfield, England, AL9 5HX United Kingdom (map)

With Irene Campbell

What better way to celebrate International Day of Yoga than a nurturing yoga retreat?
It is so easy to feel overwhelmed by the relentless daily demands and tasks and as a result neglect ourselves. This can lead to stress, fatigue and discontent. In this nurturing retreat afternoon, we will restore our energy through gentle vinyasa yoga, restorative yin yoga, and deep yoga nidra relaxation. Soak up the supportive energy of the group and find inspiration in poetic readings taken from ancient yoga texts. Join this retreat afternoon for an opportunity to carve out some quality time for yourself and refresh body, mind and heart.

Irene is an experienced yoga teacher specialising in yoga for stress and burnout prevention. She has been running regular yoga retreats at Oakhouse Studio for over a year, as well as teaching classes, workshops and 1:1 sessions for over a decade.
