With Josie
An afternoon to inspire, refresh, & restore with two experienced teachers, Josie & Miles.
June is a great month, the days are long, light and warm - there is an overall feeling of excitement and potential. A sense of space and freedom. This will be our focus for the afternoon - finding space in our physical bodies to help achieve mental and emotional space and clarity.
What to expect:
Josie will lead an energising yoga practice followed by a dedicated focus on breathing exercises to help open our bodies, release tension and create space.
Josie will be joined by Miles who will lead a restorative practice inspired the East Asian practices of Qiqong and Thai Yoga Massage.
After Qigong, working in pairs, Miles will lead a guided Thai Yoga Massage therapeutic session. We will offer our practice partner gentle acupressure to release tension and help the free flow of energy in the body. You can either work with a friend or partner that you come with or pair up on the day and you will be able to take techniques home to nourish your friends and family.
Herbal tea will be free flowing throughout the session and we will finish with vegan cakes
