Step away from the hustle and bustle of life for a moment and join me for a day dedicated to you among awe- inspiring woodlands, apple trees and a sanctuary to a rich diversity of wildlife.
We’ll spend the day nourishing your mind, body and spirit with carefully curated practices to help you reset and refresh for the summer ahead. You’ll leave feeling energized, grounded, positive and with a deep heartfelt sense of openness and connection with yourself.
Our day will begin with a welcome juice, followed by mindfulness meditation to prepare the mind, ready for an invigorating Yang yoga practice. We’ll then explore a Rooting and Rising workshop where together we’ll dive deeper into the components of balancing these two elements through a playful session.
We’ll nourish our bodies with the cuisine of an award-winning vegan and vegetarian chef. Our afternoon will give us the opportunity to reconnect with the power of nature with a walk through the woodlands before unwinding with a Yin yoga practice and transformative sound healing and Raki session putting you into a deeper state of relaxation.
