“Reset and Recharge”
This day retreat takes place in the stunning surroundings of stately Hatfield House, Herts. Upon arrival at Oak House studio, settle in with a welcome drink then we’ll start the day with some gentle but uplifting Tai Chi led by Lisa to connect with our bodies, shift our energy and bring our focus inward. This will be followed by an active yoga flow to stretch deeply and engage the core.

After light refreshments, Neha will lead us into a deeper exploration of the power of our breath, as a way to find clarity, calm and connection in today's hectic world. Discover a variety of science-backed techniques to soothe your nervous system, and find your way back to feeling your best self, wherever you are.
“Nourish”
We’ll enjoy a nutritious, abundantly delicious lunch and a walk in the beautiful walled garden.
“Reflect and re-align”
We'll regroup to explore the profound impact of small, consistent daily rituals - and make a commitment to create our own habits with soul.
Our special guest, Transformational Mindset Coach, Lois Goodman, will shed light on how we can best embrace life's challenges and will dig deeper into what techniques to employ to create positive, long lasting change. We'll take a holistic approach, incorporating the healing properties of essential oils and crystals
We’ll explore concepts of "daily-ish", “habit stacking” and anchors as part of a mindful toolkit to help us integrate more balance into our lives.
“Uplift”
Our special guest Jo of Essentially Joanna will now treat our senses with her uplifting array of essential oils and crystals. We’ll feel empowered with our new understanding of their healing properties, and have the unique opportunity to create our own bespoke oil infused bath salts to take away!
To conclude…
“Restore and re-imagine”
We’ll round off our time together with a powerful women's circle - holding space to share and feel supported by one another. We will close with a beautiful meditation, leaving us feeling light and free as we embark on the next season, with newfound awareness.
