Immerse yourself in facial therapy methods and a nutritionist-led workshop with a plant-based Ayurvedic lunch to promote healing inside out.
The day will look something like this:
Morning Session: Relax and Rejuvenate
10:00 - 10:30: Arrival and Welcome Drink

10:30 - 11:30: Yoga and Mindfulness Session
Gentle yoga to relax the body and guided mindfulness for mental clarity.
11:30 - 12:15: Facial and Skincare Tutorial
Expert-led tutorial on skincare routines and techniques for a radiant complexion.
Mid-Morning Session: Nourish and Connect
12:15 - 13:15: Nutritional Talk
Informative talk on nutrition
13:15 - 14:00: Healthy Lunch and Networking
Light, wholesome lunch
Afternoon Session: Revitalise and Rebalance
14:00 - 15:00: Mindfulness Walk
Take in the sights, scents, sounds and sensations of the beautiful surroundings of Hatfield House Grounds.
15:00 - 15:30: Grounding and Breathwork
Techniques for relaxation and rejuvenation
15:30 - 16:00: Guided Meditation & Group Reiki
Blissful guided meditation with energy healing
16:00: Retreat Concludes
Enjoy a refreshing mint tea to gently awaken and uplift your body and mind before drifting home.
Throughout the Day:
Tea and coffee provided.
Yoga mats and cushions will be provided.
Please bring warm layers, hats and gloves to stay extra cosy on your mindful walk.
