6 week course with Paula Malloy
A class for those who are in the fledgling stage of their yoga practice or looking for a slower paced yoga class. If you’ve taken a beginner’s course and are wondering what class to progress into or if you’re feeling a little rusty / have been away from the yoga mat for a while and wish to return, or perhaps you are pregnant, this class is perfect for you to build and progress the yoga practice that’s right for you.
Over each course we delve into focused elements of the practice, offering you the opportunity to fully understand how yoga sits in your body and mind.
Week-by-week you will guided through the anatomy of yoga postures (asanas), sequencing, healthy but individual alignment, breath techniques (pranayama) as well as meditation and relaxation practices. This class moves at a slower pace which means you learn thoroughly, step by step offering you the chance to absorb key points in the practice.
