Muscular & Skeletal Treatments

Physiotherapy

30 - 60 minutes

£55-£85

Treatment Description

At The Oak House Studio we offer Physiotherapy for musculoskeletal conditions; e.g. bones, joints and soft tissue – such as back, neck and shoulder pain and sports injuries.

The primary aim of physiotherapy is to restore movement and function through advice, exercise and hands on therapy as appropriate, to encourage return to physical activity.

We are passionate about providing individualised care to all of our patients by carefully listening to their story, discussing their lifestyles and exploring their expectations and goals right from the start.

After the completion of a thorough physical examination, we agree a treatment plan and seek to empower our patients to self-manage, restoring their confidence in their body so they can return to the things they value in life.

Acupuncture produces a fascinating variety of effects from sensory nerve stimulation, to production of endorphins and influencing changes in the fascia, all of which which are beginning to piece together a scientific explanation of its health benefits.

Traditional acupuncture is a profoundly relaxing therapy which looks to regulate any imbalances which may be at the root of a variety of conditions.
