Celia has been sharing her passion for yoga since 2014 and furthered her expertise by completing advanced yoga teacher training in 2020.

Her journey with yoga evolved from a physical necessity, stemming from years of running and tennis, into a deeply integrated lifestyle choice.

Celia specialises in Ashtanga, chair, and flow yoga, offering a relaxed approach that accommodates students of all experience levels, body structures, and physical histories.

"It's about listening to your own body and discovering what practices suit and benefit you best," Celia emphasises. Her classes are designed to empower students to tune into their bodies' signals and embrace a yoga practice that supports their individual needs and goals.
