Her journey as a yoga teacher began in Rishikesh, India, renowned as the home and heart of yoga. Emma is profoundly grateful to her teachers there, whose guidance has shaped her practice and teaching philosophy. Initially drawn to yoga for its physical benefits, Emma quickly discovered its profound impact beyond the poses. The positive effects began to permeate every aspect of her life, inspiring her to share this transformative practice with others.
